RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
• Damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect item received
• Defective disc or manufacturing error
• Item not as described
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of physical media, opened items may only be returned if defective or faulty.
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, we will issue:
• A replacement item (when available), or
• A full refund to your original payment method
In many cases, defective discs do not need to be returned — please get in touch with us for assistance.
SHIPPING COSTS
VistaTune covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
